    Our field service technicians will ensure your equipment is installed correctly and perform start-up and commissioning service to verify all components and features are functioning properly. The commissioning phase begins once the unit is installed and utilities are connected.

    • Reconnecting wires for all devices on the unit and the control box.
    • Inspecting the unit for proper and acceptable connections.
    • Checking electrical connections and confirm proper supply voltage.
    • Checking plumbing – pressure and size of piping supply lines.
    • Verify drain size and location.
    • Run test recipes to verify operation.
    • Check proper operation and make any adjustments as needed.
    • Training of operation and maintenance personnel.
    • Issue a comprehensive Service Report at completion of Startup and Training.

    Maintenance plans ensure maximum reliability while eliminating machine downtime. Our expert Field Service Technicians will evaluate your equipment’s running condition with a complete check over, followed by replacement of all wear components. Steam traps and strainers are then cleaned and any moving parts are lubricated as needed. A comprehensive service report, including the current condition of the unit and recommendations for any future service needs is supplied upon completion of service. Preventative Maintenance Plans, including service frequency and wear component replacement frequency can be tailored to match your specific needs.

    Our Field Service Technicians will execute IQ and OQ protocols provided by the client standard protocols as follows:

    The IQ protocol lists the name, description, model and identification numbers, the location, utility requirements, connections and any safety features of the equipment. Verification that the equipment matches the purchase specifications and that all drawings, manuals and spare parts lists match that of what has been supplied.

    The OQ protocol provides evidence that the equipment does operate as specified. This entails testing of all controls, alarm points, inputs and outputs and all other functions of the proper operation.
