During the course of biotic pharmaceutics, there is a high requirement for asepsis and heat-free source, accordingly there is also an even higher requirement for sterilizer.
It is design for use in pharmaceutical, biotechnological producing industries for sterilization and treatment of rubber stoppers, fabric and instruments.
The structure of this series has double layers. During working, pure steam is full of the chamber, while the jacket uses industrial steam. It has two functions of vacuum exhaust and drying.

STERILIZATION CONTROL PRINCIPLES
Pure steam sterilizer is designed and manufactured combines high capacity with cost-efficiency, while offering high operating reliability and easy maintenance. The chamber accords with the requirements of pressure vessel standard. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical to sterilize the cloth, tools and rubber stoppers.

The chamber is rectangle and made of SS316L, is checked by X-Ray. Its design pressure is 0.245Mpa

Door structure(Pic.2)
Door is hinge type and automatic pneumatic locking.
The door seal is the inflatable type, pressurized with compressed air, and can withstand the chamber temperature and pressure. The autoclave is designed as pass-through (double door is interlock).
Sterilization cycle can start only after the door is fully closed and locked.
Pipe system (Pic. 3)
Pipeline system is consisted of vacuum system, air filter, steam trap and pressure controller, etc.
Control system
The control system incorporated with: PLC +HMI+Printer +Paperless data logger.
The master controller system: can set the user name and password, also can set up different user access. A manager, users, maintainers triple interface function. Managers can be used according to different level, set on use of a password, ensure use safety, prevent that due to improper operation or modify the program brings experiment.
Touch screen: display work process parameters, control is simple, the operation is convenient.
