Our Field Service Technicians will execute IQ and OQ protocols provided by the client standard protocols as follows:
The IQ protocol lists the name, description, model and identification numbers, the location, utility requirements, connections and any safety features of the equipment.
The OQ protocol provides evidence that the equipment does operate as specified. This entails testing of all controls, alarm points, inputs and outputs and all other functions of the proper operation.​​​​​​​
