1.1 Main body (Pic.1) This CG series autoclave is suitable for pharmaceutical factory, hospital, scientific research institute to sterilize and dry asepsis clothes, filter, filtration unit and contact parts etc.
YG series autoclave is strictly designed and manufactured in accord with GMP technical Standard. It has passed ISO9001 quality management qualification standard and ISO13485:2003 Certificate of Quality Management System for Medical Devices. The chamber accords with the requirements of pressure vessel standard, the machine is easy for operation and maintenance.
1.2 Door structure
Door is hinge type and automatic pneumatic locking.
The door seal is the inflatable type, pressurized with compressed air, and can withstand the chamber temperature and pressure. The autoclave is designed as pass-through (double door is interlock).
● Sterilization cycle can start only after the door is fully closed and locked.
1.3 Pipe system
Pipeline system is consisted of vacuum system, air filter, steam trap and pressure controller, etc.
1.4 Control system
The control system incorporated with: PLC + HMI(Touch screen)+Printer +Paperless data logger.
The master controller system: can set the user name and password, also can set up different user access. A manager, users, maintainers triple interface function. Managers can be used according to different level, set on use of a password, ensure use safety, prevent that due to improper operation or modify the program brings experiment.
