Introduction

The DXD-180 is a horizontal, roll-fed sachet forming-filling-sealing machine. It forms pouches from a laminated film roll, fills and heat-seals them in one continuous flow, and delivers the finished pouches to the discharge chute. The machine is built around a stainless-steel body, a 7-inch touchscreen control and a cam-driven main shaft; each cam on this shaft is phase-mapped to one station in front of the machine. The double-sachet version fills two pouches per cycle, which makes the DXD-180 a widely used choice for small sachets of liquid, sauce, gel and paste products.

·        316L gear-type metering pump: 3 ml per revolution displacement, sanitary clamp ports, head removable for cleaning; high-temperature pump head available for hot-fill products.

·        Brand-name electricals: Siemens touchscreen HMI, Mitsubishi PLC, Schneider variable-frequency drives, OMRON rotary encoder and AIRTAC solenoid valves.

·        Film pull and eye-mark registration: servo film pull with automatic pouch-length detection; single-sachet and double-sachet format switched on the touchscreen.

·        Safe and clean construction: stainless-steel body, clear safety guard, door-open interlock and adjustable feet; wetted parts in 316L stainless steel.
